Your Seven Energy Centers

Understanding the Chakras as Spiritual Receiving and Sending Stations

Our chakras are spiritual energy centers that operate at subtle levels, invisible to the physical eye. Yet they affect every aspect of our life, including our vitality, creativity, emotional balance, and overall well-being. You can think of these energy centers as receiving and sending stations for the energy that flows to you, through you, and out from you moment by moment.

Each chakra acts like a step-down transformer, translating powerful spiritual energy into different levels of our being and nourishing the mind, body, and soul. When the chakras are purified and balanced, energy can flow more freely. This is why the violet flame is such a beautiful spiritual practice for cleansing, harmonizing, and accelerating the light within each energy center.
